2022 SUMMER SKILLS CAMP
We are running weekly skills sessions over the summer to help stay sharp for next season. The ice is open to all Junior aged players.
About this event:
- Kelowna Chiefs Summer Summer Skills Ice.
- Practice Jersey and Socks will be provided.
- Sessions will be run by Kelowna Chiefs Staff.
- Various evenings in July and August.
- Open to all 2002 – 2006 Born Players.
- Maximum 23 skaters plus four goalies per session.
This ice is open to everyone – not just Kelowna Chiefs players and is not for evaluation purposes. If you are signed with a Junior team, please make sure you have permission to attend the skates.

Kelowna Chiefs Main Camp
August 23 – 25, 2021 – Rutland Arena, Kelowna BCÂ
Each group will get 5 ice times over the weekend. At this point we don’t know if they will be practices or scrimmages. Information TBD.
Camp Ice Times will be between 8am on Monday, August 23 and 5pm on Wednesday, August 25.
Exit Interviews with each player.
Regular team practices will commence on Thursday, August 26 with exhibition games planned for August 27, 28 and 29.
If for some reason the camp needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, a transfer to the new dates or a full refund will be offered.
2022/23 MAIN CAMP
Kelowna Chiefs Main Camp August 22 – 24, 2022 – Rutland Arena, Kelowna BC
About this event:
Registration for camp will take place on Monday, August 22nd at 9am. The first ice time is 11am. There will be exit interviews for each player on Wednesday, August 24th and a Black and White Game at 7pm the same day for selected players.
Each player will practice twice and have 3 games throughout the camp. There will also be a fitness testing component.
For players selected to continue on, team practices will start on Thursday, August 25th and we wil have exhibition games scheduled for the 26th and 27th.
